A discussion paper on lay leadership in worship and preaching was released by the Uniting Church’s Ministerial Education Commission in early March, following a range of surveys conducted in 2011.
The paper presents findings regarding the recruitment, training, service and oversight of both accredited Lay Preachers and other lay leaders. Responses are sought by May 21.
